The Bible says that in the last days the visible church would become filled with lawlessness and a lack of love, all stemming from the disannulment of God’s Word. As we look at the churches today, many realise that this is very much the situation we now find ourselves in.

Whilst a few churches are doing an adequate job at retaining scriptural adherence and purity, the fact still remains that the church never fully completed the reformation begun five hundred years ago; not all Catholic pagan practices and theologies have been removed, and the Jewish roots of the church have not been fully returned to. As such, the more valiant churches are simply treading water, evidenced by the lack of cultural impact they are having as our once great nations continue to slide into darkness.

In order for God to be honoured in Spirit and truth, and perhaps for the Jewish people as a nation to finally have the veil lifted from their eyes, the church must return to its first century purity. The candlesticks were removed in the centuries that followed the birth of the church because it had wandered into idolatry and boasted against its Jewish branches. It would seem that if the end is to be realised, if the true church is to be fully adorned as a virgin bride for Yeshua (Jesus) to return to, then the church must return to the purity of the faith as found in the Word of God.

Wisdom cries outside; she utters her voice in the streets; she cries in the chief place of gathering, in the openings of the gates; in the city she utters her words, saying, How long will you love simplicity, simple ones? And will scorners delight in their scorning? And will fools hate knowledge? Turn at my warning; behold, I will pour out my Spirit to you; I will make my words known to you. (Proverbs 1: 20-23)

The main purpose of this ministry is therefore an attempt to heed this warning; to utter wisdom to those falling asleep on spiritual milk in compromised churches. Our societies are rapidly collapsing in lawlessness because the churches are losing their way, no longer acting as salt and light in the world to the degree that they once were, never mind to the degree with which they shone in the first century AD. We must therefore gird up our loins and lead people to the cross by the candlelight of our good deeds, denying self and allowing the Christ who dwells in us to shine through so that we may uphold God’s teachings to the praise and glory of our Father in heaven.

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. (Matthew 5: 14-16)

We will only be empowered to do this if we fully return to the commandments of God and dismiss the commandments and teachings of men.

For Protestants, a recommended reading list from the Books and Articles page would be: "Why God Forgives," "The Sabbaths," "Christmas or Xmas?," "Easter or Passover?," "Women in Church and Society," and "The Gospel of Catholicism" (also a necessary read for Catholics).

For various cultic groups, a recommended list would be: "The Personage of the Spirit," "According to their Works," and "The Mormon Deception."

For Muslims and Jews: "The Father and the Son," and "I AM He."

For non-believers: "An Invitation to Christ," "The Sustainer of all Things," "Which Religion is Right?," and "Worldly Sorrow or Godly Grief."

Of course there will be some overlap with these reading lists and there are also many other articles as well. See where the Spirit takes you.
